I can offer Person-Centred Counselling to help you try to understand, accept and come to terms with your thoughts, feelings and emotions about something that may be troubling you from your past, present or future.
Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), which can try to help you to recognise and become more aware of your thoughts, behaviours, feelings, moods and emotions about a situation or particular event in your life and to help you to change these thoughts, feelings and behaviours. CBT can help you to change how you think and feel and react to a particular situation, event or experience.
And Mindfulness which can help you to manage stress and worry by adopting a Mindful approach. "Mindfulness means paying attention in a particular way; on purpose, in the present moment and non-judgementally" Jon Kabat-Zinn. Adopting a Mindful approach can help you to manage depression, OCD, addiction, anxiety and panic attacks, by cultivating compassion, kindness and gratitude within yourself.
